There's a great selection of items and the staff are helpful. Most of the complaints probably come from people wanting nothing more than a conversation rather than information. The staff are there to work and help you, and that they do.
I really really want to like this shop. I like what they sell and feel it is important to support local businesses. However the staff really didn't seem like they gave a damn about my custom. I have been there multiple times and bought things and each time I get the same cool response. I don't expect shop owners to be my best friend but when you can't even get a feigned enthusiastic response over your purchase you kind of lose faith in a shop and wonder why you didn't buy the product slightly cheaper online.
